Improve Your Game

DigSetSpike Volleyball runs training clinics for young athletes from Lexington, MA and surrounding towns. We see many kids wanting to get into the game, and believe that they can benefit from a solid foundation.

Our approach to training is premised on providing a supportive and encouraging environment. Volleyball is difficult for youths new to the game. They will shank the ball or mishit it more than they will enjoy it. We want to impart into them the right fundamentals, and help our athletes learn through doing.
