Booking & Payment FAQ
How do I pay for a lesson?
When does my booking become confirmed?
Once Zelle payment is received and checked, the booking is switched to Confirmed and you'll get a follow-up email with the final time and location. This is usually done within 24 hours of payment.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Get in touch as soon as you know and we'll work out a new time. With at least 24 hours' notice, the coach fee is refundable — the facility fee depends on the venue's own refund policy, since it's paid in advance to hold your court time. If we're the ones who need to cancel, we refund everything. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
What should my athlete bring?
We provide training balls, so your athlete just needs to come prepared with knee pads, appropriate athletic wear and shoes, and water.
